Thank you for adding me to the forum. My name is Isaac Davis, from Perry, GA. I am retired from the school bus industry, gratefully married to my best friend, and somewhat new to smoking meats. I enjoy cooking and eating those things I have prepared (so far). I look forward to gleaning much knowledge from those of you who are learned in this science. Have a great day, and Merry Christmas.

Great to have you Isaac! I have been to Perry GA. You folks have a nice "whole hog" tradition in BBQ down there - or at least I was told at a BBQ I attended there. ;)

We look forward to your participation!
