Hello everyone!

Just wanted to thank everyone in advanced for all the information I've been reading and future help anyone might provide.  Just left Charleston, SC for sunny small town life in Del Rio, TX with the Air Force and needed a small bbq that might also give me the ability to learn about adding smoke so I picked up a Big Easy SRG.  Just cooked some delicious salmon tonight and plan on tackling a 9 lb Pork Butt on Weds for some friends I'm stationed out here with.  Thanks for the welcome!
