I've been watching pressure cookers at 3 in the morning on an infomercial. I almost bought, but I wondered if you will still get that slow roasted flavor an oven brings. I like the 1 hour versus 7 hours cooking but don't want to lose the flavors that a slow roast brings.

Sure.....All you need to do is a add a little Tenda Rub to your pressure cooker recipe and it's golden.  ::) :P

Im going to try this recipe tomorrow and I will let you know. I don't like bay leaves so does anyone have a substitute suggestion?

I use to do that too, joined a support group, helped me out a lot.  :P
