Snack Attack Sunday
« Reply #-1 on: February 01, 2015, 06:41:11 PM »
My wife wanted plenty of snacks for the Super Bowl so she asks, I produce!  ;)

Cheesy Chex mix being smoked with Lumberjack MBC.

Kielbasa baked in crescent rolls.

Bacon wrapped Kielbasa.

Chex mixed after 1.5 hours in smoke.

Giant jalapenos stuffed with a mixture of smoked cheddar and cream cheese.

Jalapenos in the Weber Performer, using KBB in the small vortex with a chunk of cherry.

Jalapenos are done!

Thighs and wings onto the Performer.

Thighs and wings done!

Let’s eat!!

In between the thigh and wing in front is Jalapeno Popper dip.  My wife got the recipe from the French’s mustard website.

Mike, can you make me up a plate just like that one?  It ALL looks great!

P.S. I also like your setup with the wood chunk up above the vortex.
