Onions this looks like a lot, you need more


They cook down a lot


Finished product


I used some of my bone broth along with some low salt from the store.

Flavor was Awsome.

WOW!!  Really good looking bowl!!  I will have to make this again.  All I need are some good beef bones.

You are right.  When you think you have enough onions, you are just getting started.  Amazing how they cook down to almost nothing!

Very nice! Yeah, I am always surprised by how many onions are needed.
