I wanted a burger but didn't want to make a bunch of buns. So I whipped up a single bun........ Almost zero carbs Happy Friday!
@Pam it's the low carb bun recipe on page 30.
Flanken beef short ribs. Sous vide at 131 for 12 hours, seared in bacon fat.
Talk to me Big Guy...Pictures are in fact a thousand words...But they are not selective.... It look beautiful - but what is it? Catfish tenderloins? Or chicken tenders?
