Name's Chris. I love BBQ.

Have an 18.5 WSM, an SS Performer, a crappy Lowe's gasser and a MES30 (don't laugh...used it 2x in 3 years).

The initial reason I joined was because my friend (who is a new PBC owner), couldn't get through the SPAM filters to join, and asked me if I could.

After looking through some of the threads, I thought, "Hey, this place is pretty cool", so I registered.

Hopefully, after talking with the admin, I can get him through the gates. You'll like him...his name's Harvey.

Anyway, excited to join the community. Thanks for having me!  :)

Don't worry about us laughing at equipment. Seen many a fine pc of smoked meat off of a MES smoker........and......we are about all styles of outside cooking (inside as well )  :)
