Chef's Choice Trizor XV Knife Sharpener
« Reply #14 on: October 10, 2015, 11:49:43 AM »

My Work Sharp sharpener doesn't have a 15 degree edge attachment. I really think I want have all my knives at 15 degrees. My favorite knife lately has been my Victornox Fiberox, or however it is spelled. I looked it up and that one is a 15 degree edge.

I emailed Work Sharp to see if they will offer a 15 degree edge attachment. It really is a great tool.

The Work Sharp WSKTS-KO Knife and Tool Sharpener Ken Onion Edition is doing 15 degree

I saw that. Sadly I have the original one :(

That's the one I have - works great. Even though Shun will sharpen my knives for free - I still have to pay postage and wait 2 weeks, plus I can do all my knives and scissors with this. Pricey, but works well.
