I tend to agree with smoke but mine has to be a BLT sandwich with fresh garden tomatoes and a close second is bacon eggs and grits for breakfast! I like it best fried in a cast iron skillet but also like to do it on my pellet smoker for no mess in the kitchen. Don

Pancakes with a slice of onion on top and a runny yolk egg with a nice stack of bacon on the side.

Candied bacon - bacon coated with a mixture of brown sugar and cayenne pepper put in the oven/smoker to cook and camelize

I like those stuffed Jalepeno poppers wrapped in bacon.The bacon wrapped shrimp kabobs were good.In fact about anything meat or veggie Ive wrapped with bacon has been good.

Wrapping is good with bacon - the other rapping (for me)not so much...
