Great looking meal... Cornish hens used to be my "Date night" dinner when I was in college (yes we still used slate slabs then).

Hens are a lot of work for a little bit of meat but they are still delicious. I just do chicken halves or quarters now... same amount of cooking but you get leftovers for another meal/ lunch.
