Pulled Pork Sliders

Started with this...



Then applied this...





Then onto the little Weber...



Right before the stall. I wrapped with foil...



After the IT hit 205F and FTC...



Pulled nicely...







And thought I would give this a try...



Three sliders built...



Plated with fresh fruit and krab louie...





And something to wash it all down with...

OMG!!  That looks like I need a slider or three!!  I am back from my hunting trip and I have been missing some PP!!  Your choice of beverage looks good, too.

I am in Florida till Dec 3 and pork is $1.49 a # here,,gotta find a charcoal grill now. Looks fabulous to me. i can't get it this cheap in Ohio. Tommy. How do I do this on TBE? I can do it on JennAir gas grill, but not the same.
