« Reply #-1 on: March 29, 2016, 12:02:46 PM »
We had the kids up the other night and I gotta get Kyler schooled on manning the grills and smokers  (The Smoke is a firm believer in passing it down)

Carne Asada time it is  8)

Marinated flap meat over night in a concoction of Chef Meritos asada seasoning, Sunny D and fresh onion and cilantro

Yay, Kingsford time

Gets dark quick here in the mountains, gotta get a grill light

all chopped up, ready for grubbing

Plate one of three  8)
