Thanks, gotta try a different way to cook the spiral cut potatoes they basically turned into mashed potatoes, tasted good though  :)

Next time try them without the pan on lower heat and spray or brush with butter/oil the last few mins or nexttime cook with no cover on the pan

I'm thinking the moister you had in the foil pan just soften them up to much. 


I would love to see you try the GunPowder I sent you on some onions brushed with oil or butter while they cook ..... soooooo good :D

Just slice the onions 1/4 in thick an grill the slices.  While cooking brush with oil or butter and sprinkle the GunPowder on them turn when they become tender on that side.   When they are tender all the way around they are done

Nothing to show they were delicious! Actually they turned into mashed potatoes need to cook them differently next time.
