I bought a 3 pack of babybacks the other day from Sam’s Club. This was the rack that you couldn’t see in the
middle. I seasoned it with Meat Church BBQ Honey Hog BBQ and their Honey Hog BBQ Hot. I am cooking today
on the Weber using the Slow n Sear with a couple chunks of hickory and cherry wood. Here they are after an hour.
I wrapped the ribs at the 2:30 mark and after another 1:30 they were ready to glaze. I glazed them with some
homemade
Big Red BBQ sauce. I finally found some Big Red soda in Florida last week. Here they are done and resting
before slicing and eating.
All sliced!
Plated with some boxed cheesy hash browns and homemade green beans.
I definitely need to use my Weber and the Slow n Sear more. Ribs were awesome and the Big Red BBQ sauce
was outstanding.
