Breakfasts like yesterday's and today's usually mean a piece of fruit for lunch, but it's well worth it!
Grits for two with 1/4 tsp Slap Ya Momma HOT. After grits simmer for 7 min add eggs, cover and simmer about 7 more minutes. This was my favorite backpacking breakfast years ago. (If you could protect the eggs!) It's comforting, filling, cheap, and on cold mornings very warming! Added with the fried pork belly slices, it's over the top!
One more cup of Redeye please!
