Folks for anyone that isnt' familiar with the Slow 'N Sear here's a video that Baby back Maniac did a month ago.  It pits the Slow 'N Sear up against a Weber Summit Charcoal Grill.  The results are interesting!

Great video, Dave!!  I have only found time to do a couple of country-style pork ribs on my new SNS.  Results were as expected.  My wife loved the pork.  Instead of serving with some Head Country BBQ sauce, I served with some Cranberry-Horseradish relish.  This was really good.

Looking forward to using it more.  I'll post my results.

Nice grates!   Brad set me up with a set for my home built infrared smoker (AKA) pellet SRG :) 

I was talking more in line of you using an SRG (Smoker-Roaster & Grill) from CharBroil.   I do 8 to 10 lbs butts in 4 to 5 hrs with great results.    Check out the infrared threads when you have time
