Elk Meatloaf
« Reply #-1 on: November 20, 2016, 11:01:05 PM »

I haven’t had meatloaf in quite a while.  Decided that the cold weather dictated some meatloaf.  I made a meatloaf with equal parts ground elk meat and ground turkey.

On the Weber with the Slow N Sear from Adrenaline Barbecue.

Lipton Soup Potatoes and mushroom gravy.

Really good!!  I even had a second slice, with extra gravy.  Just for Hub!!

I buy the Lipton Onion Soup mix.  Instructions are on the box.  I cut the potatoes and then add them to a plastic baggy with the soup mix and oil.  Coat well and then into a baking dish and into the oven.
