Here are the ribs I cooked, one dry and one wet with Cliff's low carb sauce
I was able to use 3 Tbsp of rub for each rack and it took 4 Tbsp of sauce for the wet ribs. I brushed on sauce 3 times during the cook.
These were wonderful both the wet and the dry. I bit over cooked but with my better half it was a good thing
I will do these again but thin the sauce a little more so t will go on smoother. The rub was perfect and I could see even going a bit more sweeter
