Had a nice 1 1/2 in ribeye in the freezer that was just begging to be used
(Tom Horseman would be proud of me on this one)
So I thought I'd try to smoke it for 30 mins low temp smoke then sear it and here is the results
Smoked 30 mins indirect with hickory pellets then removed while the temp climb and used GrillGrates
Turned out really good although a little over cooked (cause Kimmie was sharing part of it)
