Carne Asada
« Reply #-1 on: January 05, 2013, 08:04:39 PM »
First off, for all you Photobucket users they kinda changed some stuff on the site and I got confused but I got through it!! Cant they give us some kind of a heads up??  >:(

Got some meat called  DesMillo and had it marinated. DesMillo, I think is flank with a little fat on it so it grills up moist and tender...not dry like some asada meat.

You gotta have a hot fire......

Get sizzling

Just about done...it dont take too long

On a tortilla with chopped white onion, cilantro and salsa rojo and lets grub!!
Got Smoke?

On photobucket you can go back to the original version by clicking on "go back to older version " near the upper right hand corner.

Boy them sure look good!

I like the way you cut them into bigger pieces instead of skinny strips. You can really sink your teeth into those. 8)
