Full, but I cut them into St. Louis style so the extras can be a "chef's treat/snack." I guess that means St Louis? I don't know you decide which I like :P

St Louis. If I buy Spares, their gonna get trimmed to SL anyways... so if I can buy them already done... it’s a no-brainer for me :)

I agree.  It takes a only few minutes to cut the slab into St Louis style and you are left with delectable rib ends to enjoy as well
