Seriously, I'm very frugal, and Spares always seem to be cheaper per #, but have generally found better value (& less hassle) in straight St. Louis cut. (When on sale of course!) :)

Oh ya', and beef ribs are great too! The only question is - beef back or short ribs? (Well OK, how 'bout both?)
