Hot Whangs for lunch!

These were really good. Stephanie seasoned them with Mad Hunky Hot Whang seasoning. I then took them to the Pit Boss to smoke at 225 for about 2.5 hours.





After they were smoked I took them to a hot oil bath in peanut oil





Any body got a AA battery? This clock is only right twice a day :P



Nice and Crispeh!!!




Tossed in my Chipotle BBQ Sauce (I can drink this stuff!)



A plate with BBQ and Buffalo, Steph eats hers sauceless. Mad Hunky is all she needs :P

Lookin' good, RG.
I'll be running some wangs thru the Gravity-feeder this afternoon - smokin' awhile then turning up the heat for crispeh. I'll see how that works.

I can't wait to see that cooker in action Jack! I also like that you appreciate the word "Crispeh" :P  You gotta say it like you mean it, crispy doesn't cut it but "crispeh" says it all, lol :)

Got wings going on the gasser right now.  Must be a hot whang weekend. 
Your Mad Hunky Wangs look fantastic, that really is some good stuff. 

I didn't get your recipe off BKK forum before it shut down, is your Chipotle BBQ sauce recipe on here anywhere?

Wings look great RG! I have used the Mad Hunky before and it is good! The more you use the hotter they get is what I found out.  8)
