well, if ya'll don't know it one of our own (it's T) makes this great marinade.  i love this stuff.  i have never been one to marinade until i got a hold of some M-3.

got some costco tri's.

M-3 & tri.

the other one got some new on the market Tatonka Dust.   this stuff is great on most anything.

my son moved back in after 3 years of being away.   :'( :'( :'(  the only good thing about this is i got my old grill back.

oh ya.  getting a crisp on.

ya baby.  good stuff.

oh, i got me a box.  my wife ordered me some BPS stuff.  been wanting to try the slap yo-daddy stuff.  bps rubs are great too.  its all good.

fired up little blackie and the 26".

some great FWB (T make this too.  i use it on all proteins) & slap yo-daddy on some chicken.

got to try my LL w/P and my IG on some ribs.  the LL w/P is the rub i've been using on my Sparky's Signature Ribs (i see them to ppl for parties).

everyone in the pool.

T's tri that i use FSB on it also.  if you got a winner stick w/ it.

chicken done.

2nd tri done.

rib time.  no more talking.  tired of typing.

ok.  well, my son's 3 friends showed up and ate all the ribs, 2 chicken halves, 2 tris.  damn, when is he moving out?

my plate.

all that food didn't last long when your feeding four 24 year old snowboarders.  they ate and left for the mountain for some night boarding.  kids......

Outstanding, but ya gotta plan better.  Have the food finishing after they've headed to the mountain.

Sparky - you gave all the equipment ( and your butcher ;) ) a workout! Beautiful job.

NICE!!!  How was that SYD on the chicken?  Tim and I were talking about placing an order with BP and that is one of the items on the list, for both of us.  Have you used the BP jalapeno season salt?  I am almost out.
