Rubbed 3 lb roast with EVOO, Plowboys BBQ Bovine Bold, and injected with Apple Juice. Plastic wrapped/fridged overnight.  Roasted in the PID modified Traeger PTG using Gourmet BBQ Hickory pellets.  Running in the Manual Mode with Power value of 35%.  Pulled when IT equaled 154ยบ and rested under a foil tent for 20 minutes.

Pork looks great Pete! It also looks like you have the PTG down pat! What's the toy with the graphs? Don

The display is an Apple iPad running the iGrill Application.  iGrill is a remote temp monitor made by iDevices.  Same thing like a Maverick ET-732 but it also has a graphing capability.

SWMBO owns the iPad ... I just get to use it now and then  ;)
