well, it ya'll don't know it my son moved back home.   :'(  he was hanging out w/ a vege girl for the lasts 3 year so he was use to eat alot of fish.  so i thought i would cook him up some seafood to welcome him home (his mom is so happy  :).  me, move out dude  >:( ).

got some costco shrimp, SOW, souileau's and old bay.

a little ziploc action for a few hours.

busted out the 26 weber.   ;D  see my new handle i put on the lid.  much easier to get on and off.

some costco steelhead filets.

shrimp time.

shrimp getting happy, happy.

quality control.  these ones won't make the table.

fish is about 135°.

oh ya baby.  this is going to be yummy.

my son wanted to cook up some broccoli so on goes the cast iron.

welcome home son  :'(.  i home you enjoy your seafood meal.

it is nice to have him home.  my wife is very happy.

Sparky, looking long and close at your set-up. Do you have something under the grate that the fish is sitting on? Looks like you do.....just can't tell.

Meal looks great. Hold the green stuff!

its just the charcoal grate underneath the fish pappy.  i have the food grate turned one way and the charcoal grate turned the other way.
