Schaumburger Rolle

Yesterday I had a German grilling sports classic for lunch: Schaumburger Rolle. That's the name of a bratwurst dish which was presented for the first time at the Grilling Championship in a German town called Schaumburg in 2007. It is a bratwurst, a caramellized slice of pineapple, aragula, and honey mustard sauce wrapped in a tortilla. I substituted the aragula with lettuce this time. Hard to believe that idea has only been around for 6 years! Looks real good WC!
