Ok, cuz I read somewhere that there are 2 parts, the picnic, and the butt? Amazing and picnic wasn't good for pulled pork.

You can use the picnic or butt for pulled pork. The picnics usually have a layer of skin on that should be trimmed off and used for Chicharrónes. The picnic is actually a more tender cut IMHO and that is why many people prefer to slice it and not pull it.

But again either can be used for pulled pork.

Ok it's at 11:00pm arizona time. I opened up the package and it was actually 2 butts which actually made me feel better. I since there was 2 I just went out on a limb and decided to try 2 different rubs. The first one I rubbed down with oil and put some of meatheads Memphis dust on it, the second which I'm not sure if this was ok but I put on worshishire, mesquite rub, chipotle, and sweet rub. I kinda got a late start, because I was reading so much about foiling, water pans etc. I decided not to foil since I got it on tonight unless it stalls and ends up taking so long. The mak is set at 225 with probes in both and the mak mobile running. I never thought I would do an overnight cook from bed.... Lol 8)

Your setup looks perfect. Sit back and let the Mak do the driving. You get bored, spritz some apple juice and Worcester mixture on it. Can't hurt ;)
