Daughter and her kids are down. Bacon is what was left after 3 lbs. So went into Rye.

Never done bacon infused whiskey but hey 1st time for everything   :D

Not a big rye fan - prefer a nice single malt Scotch or Irish - but very curious about how this turned out.

That Rye is some good stuff!

I was musing over the "leftover" and bacon thing myself, it has never happened in this house.

Scotch, Bourbon, Tennessee whiskey, Vodka, Tequila, I think if it is distilled I like it.

They had smoked salmon flavored Vodka in AK.

Let us know how the "Bacon on Rye" turns out.
