Tee Spice and Ribeye
« Reply #-1 on: September 05, 2013, 09:47:09 PM »
It’s been a week or so since I’ve been able to cook anything while getting ready to sell and move. Tonight I had a Ribeye ready and some of Tee’s Savor Spice that hasn’t been used yet.

I rubbed it with some way out west and cooked as usually.

Three, move, three, move, turn, two, done

A little rest and ready.

Very nice flavor to the spice. I will be using this again on my steak
Love to cook and eat

Nice looking steak!  That's one thing I miss about Pensacola ... steaks from Four Winds Market over on 9th Avenue.  That crazy owner would let me taste a dozen different things and then con me into doubling my order for hand cut ribeyes ...  ;D
