Mo Rockin Chickin Boneless Skinless Thighs on the Performer

Dinner tonight was boneless skinless thighs seasoned with Mo Rockin Chickin.

I also threw some Beef Chipotle sausages, seasoned with tee’s M3, on the Performer with the chicken.
I am using RO lump with a chunk of cherry wood.

Thighs and sausages are done.

Plated with mini cob and packaged chicken and rice.

Since I got my 2 pellet poopers I have been neglecting my Weber, but the skinless thighs and sausages
to me come out better on the Weber.  If you haven’t tried the Mo Rockin you really need to as this is some
awesome seasoning!

Well worth the look! Very nice dinner. Great plate. I love Mo' Rockin' Chicken.

No, unfortunately they were store bought Hillshire Farms. Well not really unfortunately
as they were really delicious and with a nice bite to them.  ;)

Thanks for the feedback. This sausage peeked my interest, going research some recipes now.  ;D
