Dinner tonight was boneless skinless thighs seasoned with Mo Rockin Chickin.
I also threw some Beef Chipotle sausages, seasoned with tee’s M3, on the Performer with the chicken.
I am using RO lump with a chunk of cherry wood.
Thighs and sausages are done.
Plated with mini cob and packaged chicken and rice.
Since I got my 2 pellet poopers I have been neglecting my Weber, but the skinless thighs and sausages
to me come out better on the Weber. If you haven’t tried the Mo Rockin you really need to as this is some
awesome seasoning!
