Looks good, LA...
Is there a tool to use to lift the grate to add wood or charcoal?
I hope to roll mine out tomorrow (Fri) for some wings. Will use the offset for the ribs.
B T W, I have a basket just like that. Also have the Weber dual baskets (half moons).

Best toll for lifting grates is a Dutch oven lid lifter ($10 shipped on amazon)
May have at acadamy?
