Can you make ribs for 10 people?

Panic sets in. Still too new at this BBQ thing to cook for friends.

Time to pull on my big boy pants and man up.

Pics tomorrow..... ???

I would go one step further: I would send for Sparky and have him do the ribs and you take all the credit.

Why don't you make a video of the process. It should be fun.

Oh Pappy your ribs will probably be the best you have made to date. Just don't try anything new and go with what you know works. 8)

that's exactly what i would do.  have me cook your ribs and take the credit yourself.  it's the "letstalkbbq" way.

my friend.  i am sending you good "sparky rib vibe".  that is very powerful good sparky juju.  you will have no problem at all w/ your rib cook now.  i do have one tip for ya.  when you start the mak and season your ribs have a FT or a adult cocktail of your choice.  once that beverage is done but the ribs on.  very important is to have another beverage at that time.  have fun after that buddy and don't forget the FL.   8)
