38 degrees and sleet today. For those of you in the warmer states, sleet is like cooking in a snow cone machine ;D

I think this is the third one of these I have ever had.....and I think the other two happened with people coming over too.....go figure

Dumped the pellets with the handy Mak dumper. Think the auger was stuck.

Back up and running.......

Just chased the guests out. The ribs came out great. Little too much FL time, not quite enough tug. But perfect for eating. Guests loved them. Very moist and great flavor.

Made some Tee beans with bacon and pulled pork....big hit.

I also discovered that entertaining and taking pics do not go well for me ;D

Thanks for all the support.....you pulled Pappy through it.

Also, when you eat at my house, guests always go home with food. Thems the rules of the house
