Sparkling wine, breakfast, and hot tubbing...
« Reply #-1 on: October 21, 2013, 12:03:52 AM »
... doesn't get better than that

Yesterday morning - splash of pomegranate juice in sparkling wine, and our favorite breakfast - spicy black beans and fresh tomatoes topped with a runny yolk egg

Today - started with a Spanish Cava

Leftover pizza is on the grill - there is nothing better than the grill when it comes to resurrecting leftover pizza - the crust is just as good as the first day

Truly a picture perfect day - runny yolk egg atop the crisp crust pizza - savory, spicy, the freshness of the tomato evident, and the richness of the yolk.  The only bad part is that the rest of the day was done doing the necessary chores to prepare for winter.

Burning yard waste - astounding how much debris collects during a summer, and might as well make use of the fire pit

On a complete aside, I just had to post this - yesterday I took a series of photos of my sweetie throwing the pie dough.  I use Google's Picasa, and evidently if you take 5 or more photos in quick succession, your online album will automatically create an animation out of your pics - way cool - I had not idea it would do that until I saw it appear in the album.
