70 Miles on Sunday - West Palm Beach to Miami.

I just got done with my regular [middle of the night] 5 mile run and hour of core exercise (push-ups, sit-ups, etc).  I won't say I do it for fun (mostly I do it so that I can eat BBQ), but I do it.    I am already dreading my evening core and lifting routine and that is 12 hours away.

Here's wishing you a safe and enjoyable ride! Good for you putting that much effort into a good cause! I used to ride the MS Breakaway to the Beach here in the Carolinas, but it was only 100 miles over 2 days. Would have loved to ride it on a 'bent!

Bent I hope you have a good ride and thank you for dong this to raise money for a good cause. I lost my first wife to breast cancer and I always support the Susan G Komen efforts to raise money for cancer research. My daughter just did a 3 day 60 mile walk out it Seattle to raise money and honor her mother.
