Another perfect night for soup. I decided to make a ham & potato soup with cheese & leeks. More importantly, I wanted to try a new video system - a wearable camera. I need to work on lighting / shadows / angles... but both the soup and video came out pretty good.

A great recipe and with the step-by-steps it should be pretty easy to replicate.  Being able to WATCH the technique really adds to it.

wow, I thought it was great.  love the recipe.  cheese and then 1/2 and 1/2.  yeah.  i'm so making this.  I don't know what leeks taste like but it looks good.  i'm going to need some cheese biscuit to go with this.  fantastic cook doc.  bravo.  music was cool.  maybe next time some 38 special or steely dan?
