Puerco fritas - the rest of the leftover pork butt in tostadas

Well, this is all I have left of the pork butt we did on the SRG last summer
Good sized chunks of pork butt...
... chopped...
...crisping on hot iron...
...done...
...corn tortillas crisping in a little olive oil...
... plated with a crisp tortilla, heap of puerco fritas, queso fresco, and pickled jalapeno - quite a tasty little tostada

I always keep pulled pork on hand in the freezer. It is one of the most versatile meats to have available.

Looks great pz! Another great use of leftover pulled pork ;)
