Good sized chunks of pork butt...
... chopped...
...crisping on hot iron...
...done...
...corn tortillas crisping in a little olive oil...
... plated with a crisp tortilla, heap of puerco fritas, queso fresco, and pickled jalapeno - quite a tasty little tostada
