Came home from work tired and hungry for a snack - making chicken and dumplings for dinner, which is still a way off.

Salmon sashimi it is - with a savory, spicy dipping sauce.  total time - 2 minutes of preparation

Looks great pz  ... I wouldn't eat it but it does look delicious!!  I normally say that "I don't eat fish bait"  :D  Just never developed a yen for raw fish but I do love Salmon.

Great looking Sashimi, My favorite sushi is the one with the quail egg and flying fish roe in the top.

Thanks for the kind comments!

Absolutely lovely Keymaster - I too love flying fish roe - the crisp crunch is reminiscent of caviar, but without the overwhelming salt taste.
