Just had more chicken and dumpling soup - we were going to do fondue, but the chicken soup is so darned delicious!

Now sipping a martini - shaken, cocktail onions, blue cheese stuffed olives, fresh basil (from the Aerogarden) - almost a dinner in a glass  ;D

I used to live on those martinis! Didn't care about food at that time.  8)

Congratulations Sparky.

Stop by any time, Pete!

We planned to do cheese fondue today, but were just too full after beef jerky, cheese, and turkey gizzards.  However, we did bake the bread for the fondue, which we plan to do tomorrow.  Into the 450F oven, I threw 6 potatoes, and after 40 minutes, they were the best, softest, fluffiest potatoes I've made in a while.  The skins were thick and chewy, with the perfect bite.
