With the weather changing and being inspired with soup postings it was only natural that I should break out my favorite pot ... It's an old pressure cooker we bought over 35 years ago that broke a long time ago but it's a nice heavy pot that really distributes the heat evenly.
Threw in everything and anything hanging around in the fridge, pantry, and spice locker ... Hamburger, celery, onion, frozen green beans, cabbage, mushrooms, red potatoes, carrots, diced tomatoes, and kidney beans. Seasoned to taste with beef and tomato bouillon, garlic, pepper, oregano, parsley, seasoned and garlic salt.
