One thing to keep in mind with the ABS and the Good One is they are strictly lump burners. You can use briquettes but they are (at least with the Good One I am positive) not set up for the high ash production of briqs............
Smoke looking at it today, I will definitely be cooking with lump and wood. Which is what I want to do..there are so many sticker burners that have got my eye. But this one.... it's just a little different and I really like the rotisserie.
I was pretty dang impressed with the quality of the construction and the design. Had features that just aren't described on the ABS website as well as it presents in person. It is now the gonna buy it as soon as possible and I can gather funds!!! I asked if I could get one custom painted with high heat Royal Blue. The store didn't really know, but were willing to find out for me and let me know next week. Don't really care a whole lot about the color...but if it's not too much of an option... It would sure look cool! I took some pics on the phone, if and when I figure how to get them off I will post them.
I liked that the baskets were easy to remove and that you could do ribs, butt, brisket all at the same time. The removable racks make it easy to balance the meat and gives room for bigger meats.
