Did a 17 pound turkey on the BGE yesterday. Brined Wednesday in basic brine of water,salt,sugar, apple juice and fresh rosemary, thyme and sage. Overnight in refrigerator to dry. 4hr 30 min on egg with one 6" amaz n tube full of apple pellets.
About half the bird leftover, only three for dinner so now I have to find a use for all that
Turkey.
