I love jambalaya but I'm not a big fan of Zatarain's... I think it too salty.

Anytime. It went great. Lots of great food today. I ate enough that I am still full and will probably skip dinner.

I love the different Zatarain's mixtures especially their Red Beans and Rice, but something in their recipes upsets my wife's stomach. Last weekend we had made from scratch red beans and rice and she loved it.
