Hi Everyone,
I am relatively new to smoking, been doing for about 2 years now. I started out with a Masterbuilt 30 inch digital smokehouse. It did the job ok but after less than a year of using it I started havering trouble with it I decided to replace it. Did a lot of research and decided on a Rec Tec, I told the Mrs. About and before I got a chance she and our son got it for me for Fathers Day last year. Best present I ever received. I love it, everything comes out so delicious on it.
