When I was a kid, Sergeant Schell (actually he was a warrant officer by then, but till he died he was Sergeant Schell to me) gave me a plaque for One Atta-Boy. It read that 1000 Atta-boys qualified you to be a leader of men. BUT, one Aw-Shoooot wiped them all out... I'm still working on it...  ;) ;D

I would not hesitate to buy it if I did not already own one!

It is interesting that he changed the floor design. The first one the exhaust travels through the floor to get it really hot. The new one has a removable cooking surface for a floor and exhausts out the top.

Very interesting...

another one was for re-writing the regulations for the serviceman's SGLI insurance

Looks very interesting, and is definitely a beautiful oven.  However, the price point same as before has me wondering about the quality of the stainless - all I could find on the site was that it is "durable".  I've sent Kristian an email asking what exactly he is using.

I thought about that too but then again it is not a lot of stainless either due to being such a small oven. I am thinking it is probably 304 due to the amount of heat and price point. Let us know what he says.
