35 years old, proud father of two boys and a great wife who doesn't mind my hobby, BBQ!
I own  weberstyle kettle and a wga plus grillgrates/cast-iron. I being half Surinam my dishes are also Javanese/Indian based.
Spareribs low&slow USA style are also amongst my favorites.  Cu on the forum!
