dd:
Howdy neighbor! I live near Brevard NC, not far form Asheville. It is good to have you here. Make yourself at home - and feel free to ask any and all questions you like.

Tommy ( TMB ) is our resident expert on the SRG/Big Easy series of Char-Broil cookers, and has even  gone "Dr. Frankenstein" on one and turned it into a pellet grill! And - he figured out how to create an effective smoke reign  that we call the Tommy Ring - just for these cookers.

Outdoor cookers are like Lat's potato chips....you have just one :D. And, with the current state of technology - you can  even have a pellet grill that you can control from your phone anywhere in the world that you have internet service! ;D

The biggest rules we have here are mutual respect ( i.e. the "Golden Rule") and...HAVE FUN! - yep..it's rule ;) :D

WELCOME!
