Happy smoking from SC
« Reply #-1 on: May 30, 2014, 10:25:12 AM »
Hi there I'm from Murrells Inlet SC, boating, fishing,off-roading,cooking, are my favorite things to do. I've been smoking foods for twenty plus years and love it. Always learning and looking forward to helping when I can. I have a horizontal smoker, traeger texas, and am in the process of building a new BDS with my brother. Look forward to making a lot of new friends and seeing some great Bbq. Thanks. 8)

Welcome from mid Alabama! It's funny, my wife just sent me a link to the Murrells Inlet web page yesterday and thought it would be a neat place to visit. We will be driving through next week on the way to visit my son on Topsail Island, NC. We are going to stay one night in Myrtle Beach since we have never been before. It looks like you live in a very interesting place.

Welcome OldSalty...glad you're here!

With all your experience, I'll be glad to hear from YOU.  I have an off-set smoker that I really enjoy using.  Maybe you can give me some tips.
