Hello From Indiana
« Reply #-1 on: June 01, 2014, 08:28:39 PM »
Hello everyone,

I love to grill on my Weber kettle and have always wanted to try smoking, but it always seemed like a labor intensive process to learn.  I saw some videos of the PBC and thought I'd give it a try- which led me to this forum.  I'm hoping to take delivery on Tuesday and have chicken on the menu for Tuesday night.  Look forward to learning a lot.

Thanks,
Sean
